Add devops: stage labels and docs-only to all Documentation-labeled issues
Go in reverse-chronological order to ensure all issues from 2019 are labeled first.
- Export issues from gitlab-ce, gitlab-ee, omnibus-gitlab, gitlab-runner which have label:Documentation.
- Add to shared Google Sheet (one tab per project?), hide distracting/unneeded columns, sort in reverse-chronological order. Add one column for docs-only, labelling each issue in the column as
docs-only
(if just for documentation) orshared
. Start with ce. Do a test run of several issues and then share with @mikelewis. Add second column forstage

in the Labels field first, and then..) add a stage name to each. (From the docs-only issues that do not have a stage label (e.g. devops:plan)).- Use about.gitlab.com/features to determine stage (which is sourced from features.yml
- Once we are done with a certain number of issues (2 weeks at a clip?) open each issue to update the labels.
