Add a single local dir for results plus much more

Adds:

• Pre and Post tasks in a Common playbook
• Pre configures a fact with a timestamped directory and does some sanity checks
• Post collates stats and builds a bundle/splits it if required/configured
• Both SOS tasks include a warning about a delay for the next task when the actual SOS process runs

Changes:

• Updated README
• Changes existing playbook yml files to include pre/post
• gitlabsos task collates stats for note tarball and saves them back to localhost
• Add validate_checksum: true to gitlabsos file transfer

Probably other minor changes as well but the above is the bulk of the important stuff!
