Update and add a quiz to the LDAP bootcamp

The LDAP bootcamp currently works, but can be improved. It should go over the new Google Secure LDAP setup, ask the trainee to look into the LDAP & SAML use-case (as a next step after completing the bootcamp) and practice some debugging in the rails console, and even add a quiz at the end, with some clarifying questions to make sure the trainee understands a few intricacies.
