Updating Ticket related section

As of the Q4 OKR everybody in support needs to do this module. As an onboarding support engineer does not have many tickets Section 4.4 is virtually impossible to do and would keep the module open for a long time. My suggestion is to make the dependence on Tickets optional instead.
