Improving Pages module

This MR clarify who the trainer is and shows how to find one. It also adds a Final Step to create any docs MRs to pages-related documentation. Finally, by merging this we will remove the final "Your manager needs to check this box" because we already have a trainer engaged in the module, why do we need to approvers to complete this. To me, it looks like a waist.
