Adding an additional advice in Working-On-Tickets.md module
I think it is worth adding a small recommendation for newcomers to also read the tickets that are in solved
status. It is useful at such an early stage of working with tickets to not only rely on open
tickets and review only those but solved
tickets can also be a good and often more reliable source of tips-tricks-solutions for a newbie all because a ticket already has a solution to use in the future.
