Introduction
This training module provides Support Engineers on the US Government Support team with the path to gaining access to the various systems for Dedicated for Government.
Goals
At the end of this module, you should be able to:
- Access CompSecGov and know when to access CompSecGov
- Connect to the VPN and then access Grafana or OpenSearch
- Know where to get additional help

Note: Identity verification during the hiring and onboarding process of US Gov support members should suffice for portions of the AR.

Open a FedRAMP Onboarding issue in the FedRAMP Certification project -
Assign the issue to yourself and Nick Bennet -
Nick will assign trainings and request confirmations
Stage 2: Access to Resources

With Stage 1 complete, log in to the FedRAMP OKTA instance

Log in to CompSecGov

Notify Kasey or Wade that you have logged in and need access to the Government Support group

Open an Access Request for access to the 1Password vault for Dedicated for Government

Set up the AppGuard VPN as described in the Support Materials project

With the VPN connected, use the credentials from the GitLab Dedicated for Government - Support1Password vault to login in to Grafana and OpenSearch.
