Improve Support Handbook landing page
I was looking through the Support Handbook in order to figure out where to add some content, when I saw that the content on the landing page seems rather disorganised and doesn't quite help Support Engineers (Managers too?) get to the information they want, quickly.
I'd like to work on reorganising the landing page in particular, but before that would like to see if anyone else has any suggestions on how they'd like the page to be improved.
Thoughts? Suggestions? @gl-support
