Adding docs around CephFS and GlusterFS - they are not recommended

As per the conversation on slack, CephFS and GlusterFS will not work well with GitLab.

So similar to EFS, we should make this clear in our documentation.

We should look into a clear benchmarking as well so it would be easier for our team to explain it to customers.
