Keeping Intra-team trust
I've been working on gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com!17651 (merged) which updates the "Support Vision" section.
In doing so, I've wanted to make sure that we've thought through some of the hazards that we may face over this year as we grow the team. More, I'm interested in making a series of commitments that directly address these potential struggles.
You can read through the above MR, but the one that I'm having difficulty addressing is what how we can avoid losing intra-team trust.
What behaviours or actions can we take to ensure that we maintain trust within and between regions? How can we be sure that we're assuming the best intent when things go awry? In what fashion can we maintain cohesion as we grow?
To be clear: I don't think this is a problem now. However, with the team growing as quickly as we are there's a level of intentionality in making sure we're continually building trust into the structure of the team.
