Motion to remove the Friday Support Call and convert to an Async "week in review" type update
Eric Johnson has been championing the "Engineering Week in Review" format brought to us by Dalia and Tommy. I'd like to convert the Friday call into this format, where we link to issues and can review it async.
We can consider a monthly "all-hands" where the room gets together to chat/catch up, but I think this Friday call is breaking specifically:
- We are spending the meeting running down the list that we could all read
- We aren't defaulting to issues (or management decisions, both fall on leadership's shoulders)
- There is a fair bit of admin in "who is the chair/who is notetaker, etc" that could get eliminated
I'd like to try this out for a month (maybe next month/Jan) and see if it's viable?
