create post-sales setup documentation for new GitLab.com customers
We've on multiple occasions seen situations where post-sales customers have a GitLab.com subscription but no clear idea of what to do next.
We need to write some documentation we can pass of to sales that includes:
- logging in to customers.gitlab.com to view their subscription seats
- creating a GitLab.com account and creating a new group (and what to do if their preferred name is taken)
- associating their GitLab.com account with their customers.gitlab.com account
- associating their subscription with their newly established GitLab.com group
- how to add users to their group
- what happens if they add too many
