Create knowledge article from Slack
We want to leverage Slack information to create Knowledge articles. There is alot of valuable information in slack that we want to retain.
How can we do this?
Using the Slack API and ZenDesk API, we could build more sophisticated flows. For example, a Slack workflow that triggers when someone uses a slash command like /create-article could pull the relevant thread and format it as an article draft.
Could we do this by creating a "ticket" that goes to the Knowledge Queue where it can be actioned?
Given that we are already working on RFH Knowledge Extraction from issues, as well as Pairify issues, can we automate to an issue and then to knowledge?
