CEOC/CMOC handle for each groups

Need

The CEOC workflow requires SE or managers to manually type everyone one by one in a CEOC group when we need to reach out.

For example, if current CEOC is already in an emergency and another emergency comes, managers tags everyone in that CEOC group individually. We have 8 people in APAC group 1, and 7 people in APAC group 2. In that case, managers type 6 handles when looking for coverage for the second emergency. If we have group handles, it would be much easier.

The same thing when we need a coverage for our shift and look for a swap, we tag everyone one by one again.

Approach

We can have a handle for each CEOC (and CMOC too) groups. For example; ceoc-apac-1, ceoc-apac-2, etc.

Benefit

Instead of tagging everyone one by one, we can use one handle easily.

Competition / Alternatives

We can keep the same workflow, and tag everyone one by one when needed.
