Add Published Knowledge articles to the Slack Channel- #spt_knowledge_published_articles

Problem Statement

Currently we do not have a way to notify Authors of an article being Published.

What is the problem?

during our testing and conversations, it was noted that we get notification emails when articles are assigned, must be worked on, however, we dont when the article is actually Published. This closes the loop for an author to see the article is published. By having the feed in our dedicated Slack channel for this purpose, everyone can see articles that have been published,

Why is this a problem?

There is no "Close the loop" for an article being published
