Determine what pitfalls we are most worried about and want to prevent from happening
Approach
Surface ideas here.
Two easy examples:
- Update will autoclose the ticket
- Changing to/from a form that should never be changed to/from
Benefit
It is possible we can build "checks" via a ZD app or the like to "warn us"
