RFC: What Zendesk "pitfalls" are we most worried about when working tickets

Need

Determine what pitfalls we are most worried about and want to prevent from happening

Approach

Surface ideas here.

Two easy examples:

  • Update will autoclose the ticket
  • Changing to/from a form that should never be changed to/from

Benefit

It is possible we can build "checks" via a ZD app or the like to "warn us"
