Notification Issue: APAC - Cliff of Definite Underperformance number reviewed for end of FY25-Q3

In short

• The Cliff of Definite Underperformance was reviewed for the 12 month period concluding at the end of FY25-Q3 2024-10-31.
• The number has ⬇️ increased, to 9. (Note: Q2 wasn't updated at the beginning of Q3, the increase to 9 actually occured during Q2.)

• The handbook is pending merge of MR update.

Background

The Cliff of Definite Underperformance number is reviewed each quarter, as described under Frequency in the Cliff of Definite Underperformance handbook section.

This was previously reviewed for the 12 month period ending FY24-Q2. At that time, the number was observed to be 8, however as noted above, Q3 has also been evaluated in this cycle and it had increased to 9. Q4 remains at 9.

This issue serves as

• a record of the review carried out for the 12 month period ending 2024-10-31.
• a notification to @gitlab-com/support/apac that the number has been reviewed
