[L&R] Requested Change: SFDC Subscription link added to Cloud Exemption IR

Problem Statement

What is the problem?

Currently Cloud exemptions requests can take a bit of digging and work to find the associated subscription if a company has multiple subscriptions.

Why is this a problem?

This forces the SE to dig and find out which sub is related to the opp linked in the IR because the opp doesn't easily link to this.

Proposal

Add the SFDC Subscription link for the Cloud exemption IR.

DRI

@jemcgrew will act as the DRI for this issue.

Required Resources

This will require ops to update the IR. cc @gitlab-com/support/support-ops

Potential Roadblocks/Things to consider

I do not forsee any roadblocks unless there is value in the SFDC account link I cannot think of. But seeing as you can easily get this from the OPP link and the sub link. I do not forsee any issues.

If the IR is updated

Where would future feedback go?
