Investigate integrating customer escalation triggers into Woodhouse

Currently, when a customer/account escalation is declared, required resources are not necessarily created. It would go a long way to auto-create the necessary Slack channel, and issue with the checklist of things and assign them as the initial DRI to ensure there is always a DRI.
