FY24-Q1 KR - 100% of Engineers complete customer call survey before beginning training
Part of Support's FY24-Q1 OKRs on customer call training (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gitlab-OKRs/-/work_items/122459011) is establishing measuring thoughts, feelings and attitudes towards customer calls.

To that end, @mdunninger and I put together a brief, 9 question survey we would like all engineers to complete by 2023-02-10.

This issue is to track completion by manager. Managers, when you have confirmed that each of your reports have all taken the survey, please check your name off. It's not necessary for Support Managers to take this survey.
