Remove all Group Managed Accounts references

With https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/Product/-/issues/2368 (internal) completed, we can remove all GMA references from Support.

@cynthia Do we need an issue to remove references from docs or does "Handbook" cover that?

@hsutor handbook would not cover docs. This issue is just for all Support team specific references, but we can go straight to MR with the docs change and have it as part of gitlab-org/gitlab#296544 (closed)
