Proposal to enhance SGG views in ZenDesk to quickly see OOO status of assignees on tickets

To help increase visibility around who is on PTO in a given SGG view, I'd like to propose that we add an additional step to our https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/support/support-time-off.html#preparing-for-time-off handbook page for engineers preparing to go on PTO:
1. Update your support-team.yaml "name" to something like:
- name: Elizabeth 'Izzy' Fee - OOO until 6/15/2022
The above will sync to ZenDesk, allowing for the assignee name to be updated, and will show up in the NRT view for the assignee column, making it easier to quickly see who is on PTO and the status of their assigned ticket.
If no real concerns or objections, I'll create the MR to add this as a "prep for PTO" step to the above mentioned handbook page.
