L&R Forbidden Actions
I'm interested in putting together a HB page that documents what things in L&R workflow are technically possible, but should not be done (and we should not make exceptions for).
I see a dual purpose: making sure we've got it documented, with a rationale and a link to the "right" way to do it, and also as a help for managers who might be inclined to approve exceptions that really shouldn't be approved.
An example that came up today:
Hey all, friendly reminder we shouldnt be sending licenses to other contacts without doing the changeover in cDot. Can you just send that license to another contact at the company?
No. To send a license to another contact at the company, we must follow the subscription management contact workflow.
