Krisp.ai License Procurement for Support Team
Introduction
Krisp.ai mutes background noise when you're in a noisy environment, so you can hear and be heard more easily on calls. I have been using the Pro version for the past year and it has been superb for all my calls - it mutes background conversations in my house effectively. It's also recommended in our Handbook. However, recently, GitLab no longer reimburse individual software subscriptions (including Krisp etc.) anymore. Software subscriptions should be set up through the company procurement process, or by creating an access request for an existing company subscription.
The Ask
I discussed this matter with @weimeng, we are considering to get an accurate number of Support members who are also interested in getting a Krisp.ai team license subscription so we can kick-start the procurement process.
Update: On 3 Feb 2022, we purchased 14 license seats of GitLab Support team on Krisp.ai
