Support Readiness for AWS Quickstart for GL Cloud Native Hybrid Installation

AWS, in collaboration with GitLab, has created an AWS QuickStart for GL Cloud Native Hybrid to enable AWS users to deploy a fully-functioning GitLab instance in AWS with one click.

This issue will allow us to track all the bits that should be put in place for GitLab Support to be able to support installations of this type.

• Zendesk installation type "AWS QuickStart"
• Spin up a long-running example deployment for Support reference (currently waiting on a smaller architecture)
• Document how to access the example deployment
• Document how to spin up your own sample deployment for testing
• Produce a new GitlabSOS app for this hybrid architecture
