FY22-Q2: Coordinate to ensure SaaS/SM team members are cross-trained

In preparation of the Areas of Focus changes, we should ensure all SaaS and SM team members are "cross-trained".

Things to do

1. Define a process/template for cross-training: support-training!667 (merged)
2. Get a snapshot of SEs' current focus.
3. Identify which SEs have gone through training or have been working in both SaaS and SM.
4. [-] Have SEs go through cross-training process.
