Support Handbook Update-a-thon
Hey all! As support-ops works to complete this issue, I found the need to comb through every page of the handbook looking for anything support-ops related. In doing so, I found a lot of pages we can update (mostly with small things).
I have compiled all these into the Support Handbook Fixes google sheet.
What I am looking for is
- volunteers to assist me in updating the support handbook with what all I found
- discussion around items I found, in case there is a different opinion
To help out as much as possible, I even added notes with some of the changes I think we would want to use (such as providing the links to add to pages instead of just saying "add links").
To help volunteer for this, what I am asking for is:
- Put your name in column G
- Work on a MR for the changes OR start a discussion thread (this issue or a new issue, dealer's choice)
- Link the eventual MR or issue in column H
