Define a policy around project restorations on .COM
I will expand on this at a later time. TL;DR We don't have a set policy in our support handbook that says whether or not we support the restoration of deleted projects.

The delayed project deletion was created I think to mitigate accidental deletions but I just don’t know if that absolves us from being able to help recover :man-shrugging: We should have a more clear policy IMO

I don’t think the policy is independent of infra, I think we’d need to loop in those folks and see what is reasonable

- How much time does it take for infra to do this type of work?
- Does infra have the bandwidth to assist with time sensitive issues like this?
- Do we need to update our docs anywhere?
