FY21-Q4 Support OKR - Improve License & Renewal (L&R) Service Levels (SLA) => 75%
This issue captures the FY21-Q4 Support OKR for Improving L&R SLA's. The following are the 2 KR's associated with this objective:
- Enable team to achieve 60 day rolling License & Renewal ticket queue 8-hour SLA to at or above 95%
- Prioritize with Development new capabilities to achieve <5% combined tickets and related issues to subscriptions by 2021-01-31
