Use the Mechanizer for L&R Issues

@ralfaro has put together a Mechanizer tool that automates tasks that can be used to automate work done on issues for L&R, the project and an example are below:

We have the following templates for L&R work that are good candidates to be automated with Mechanizer:

This issue is to track the progress of creating the necessary scripts for Mechnizer to perform this work for us.

Status

the form we created in #2605 (closed) should cover:

• .com trial extension
• plan change request

Created the forms for:

• force association
• clear subscription

Still need the zaps and project integration for these:

• force reassocation should use the force_reassociation function and label Associate Subscription
• clear subscription should use the unlink_sub function and label SaaS Subscription?
