Adjust GitLab.com views' tags to ensure SM tickets aren't lost

Description:

Self managed customers writing into GitLab.com are currently lost in the Free queue. Not sure why, but some of the tags on the existing views got changed.

GitLab.com Trials & Prospects view used to have the relevant SM tags so SM org users using the GitLab.com Form don't get lost. Since we're making a change anyway, I propose we add a couple more from what we used to have to make sure none of them are lost:

  • Current condition: Tags contain at least one of the following:
    • trial basic prospect
  • Change Request: add tags so that it's:
    • trial prospect basic starter premium ultimate

GitLab.com Free view should be amended to exclude these tickets so they don't show in this view in duplication.

  • Current condition: Tags contain none of the following:
    • gold silver bronze trial basic premium prospect
  • Change Request: add additional tags to exclude above, which results in:
    • gold silver bronze trial basic premium prospect starter ultimate
