Suggested bootcamp: Technical writing
Goal would be for Support Engineers that is not yet proficient in technical writing (like me
@athar and I stumbled upon this Google's Technical Writing course. It seems that the docs team is also familiar with this and they think it's quite good. Maybe we could also use this? (cc @shaunmccann , this came up during our previous catch-up)
We do have something similar:
