Export CSAT survey responses (with comment) as issues in a project
In order to allow everyone to contribute towards providing an excellent customer experience, we will create a process to export all CSAT responses with a comment, either positive or negative, to a project within our Support Group. The project can be called: Support Feedback (open to suggestions).
The reason why positive and negative comments are helpful is that even if someone leaves a good rating, their comment might still contain feedback that can help us improve our processes.
As for the project settings, I'd appreciate the help regarding Visibility. Will it have to be Internal or Private? (keep it mind it might contain customers' information).
