More clarity around Deep Dives
Following #1310 (closed), we should now clarify how Deep Dives will fit into our Support workflow. Here are some ideas:
- We should align the Deep Dives with our bootcamps. Diving deep into a topic is a second measure that comes after understanding the basics so we should ask attendees to finish a particular stage (or stages) in the bootcamp that deals with setting it up and using it (Geo, HA, Auto DevOps, LDAP, etc.).
- The Deep Dive should be recorded and, once finished, should be added as a step to be completed in the bootcamp template, to be watched either after or at the end of the stage mentioned above.
- Anyone should be able to join but everyone taking the bootcamp at the time (or who finished and would still like to be involved) should be strongly encouraged to participate.
- A Slack channel should be created for current attendees and future bootcamp students to ask questions about the bootcamp in question and/or the Deep Dive. It should not be archived after the Deep Dive but stay available for future students to ask questions too.
