Call out "ghost" scheduling of calls in SoS
There've been a couple of situations where customers have used a link from a past ticket to schedule a call in a ticket they want to go to a call.
This is bad behaviour and doesn't overall will give a worse experience as the agent in the call may not have the context necessary in the ticket.
Let's call this out in the SoS so we can link back to it when we cancel these types of meetings.
