Handbook: Support Turbos & Breach Hawks
Per #1303 (closed), we should determine whether or not the breach hawk and support turbo section should stay or be deleted.
Since joining I haven't yet seen support turbos called, so unless it's very rare it doesn't seem to be something we use any longer. The same goes for breach hawks, whos duties seem to be fulfilled by our Slack integration that alerts when a ticket is close to breaching.
Should this section be removed? If so, we'll need to:

Remove the Support Turbo and Breach Hawk section from the handbook -
Remove reference of "Support Turbo" from various users on the team page
