Knowledge Article List -

When a Knowledge Article is created, it will be in "DRAFT" Status. The article should be in the Knowledge Article List and it will need to be Reviewed before it is PUBLISHED.

Reviewers and Publishers need access top this area (Guide Admin) - Permission Set 2

To view the Knowledge article list

  1. In Guide, click the Manage articles () icon in the sidebar.

    Your All articles list opens by default.

  2. Click Captured Knowledge from the left navigation pane.

    A list of articles created using Knowledge appears.
