"Training" with CI/CD
I'm sure we're all aware that we've been getting some attention lately, and we saw issues/slowdowns with CI/CD. I thought it would be beneficial to get some guidelines on troubleshooting and gathering information for CI/CD problems specifically on .com. This issue is to discuss what topics it should cover, making arrangements with the CI/CD team, and the guide/documentation that will come out of it. End-goal is to have something that could be used as a part of the onboard training of new agents.
@lyle and I discussed this, and because most of the CI/CD devs are in EMEA, we thought it would be best to have @arihantar and/or @ana-karabanova pair with them once we have a guideline of topics to cover (if they are up for it).
