bug: The "created at" timestamp of a specific issue is after the "closed at" timestamp
Description of the problem
I maintain an open source typescript package using Gitlab and I noticed that, when looking at the "opened at" timestamp for a specific issue, the issue appears to have been opened after it was closed.
The issue in question is here: john.carroll.p/rschedule#34 (closed).
If I hover over the "Opened X days ago" message in order to view the "Created at" timestamp, it says
Sep 27, 2019 1:37am(note: I imagine it is converting the time shown to my time zone, so you may see something different depending on what time zone you are in).
If I over over "X days ago" part of the issue discussion message which indicates that the issue was closed (i.e.
John Carroll @john.carroll.p closed via commit 6fb6b4e8 6 days ago), I see
Sep 26, 2019 9:23pm PDT.
As I'm writing this, I notice that the "created at" timestamp does not include a time zone, but the "closed at" timestamp does. It's possible that the problem here is that the "Created at" timestamp is not being shown in my local time, while the "closed at" timestamp is. Whatever is causing the apparent discrepancy, I imagine time zones are involved.

Not sure exactly.
