Size limit exceeded on first push of a small repository to a new project
Description of the problem
gitlab.com reports "Your push to this repository would cause it to exceed the size limit of 9.8 GB so it has been rejected" although the push is 9.98 MiB and the repo is 94 MiB on disk. The project on gitlab.com is new and empty.
