CRO Customer Discovery Meetings

Summary:

  • We will conduct a series of customer discovery meetings to better understand our customers and get a common set of reference data we can use as a foundation for improvements to our customer journey.
  • Sales regions will nominate customers for visits
  • We can combine the customer visits with content that is valuable to the customer as appropriate (from product, product marketing, CS, etc...)

Format:

  • These meetings will be conducted in person
  • The questions be asked in a collaborative, live format

Target Customers:

  • 10+ Current large enterprise customers (on different tiers of GitLab)
  • 5+ Medium enterprise customers
  • 3+ SMB customers

GitLab Attendees: One each from:

  • CRO
  • Sales Account team
  • Customer Success
  • Product Marketing
  • Product Management
