Licence app / Zuora - errors

Flagging some quick issues with the Licence app and Zuora

1. The licence app is not currently accepting .kr email addresses as valid (Korea email). (cc @malessio )

2. Zuora / Licence app has failed to generate several licences (despite being pushed to Zuroa from within Salesforce). I manually created a key when it was pointed out but I wanted to flag in case its part of a larger problem.
