Suggested CTA - if account is red and no Triage CTA exists after X days, auto create one

After reviewing a dozen at risk accounts and seeing zero with a triage CTA, it made me think that we may need better control around that. Instead of creating a report for Managers to use to track down accounts that should have a CTA, how about Gainsight auto creates a triage CTA if one does exist after 1 day?
- Customer moves from anything (null, green, yellow) to red
- No CTA is created
- Day two, Gainsight auto creates CTA
- Create rule to wait 24 hours and, if not Triage CTA has been created, auto create one and assign to TAM.
