Consider creating meeting type for escalations/at risk calls in Gainsight

I noticed that in the call Activity we do not have any appropriate option for at risk or escalation type calls. For example, I had a customer who had a security breach recently, and perhaps it could be useful to track and see how these types of engagements.
This isn't urgent by any means, but I thought it might be interesting to track these specifically, to see if there are any insights or best practice we can glean from these types of calls.
