TAM compensation verification report
TAMs can review which deals were included in their CapIQ payments in CapIQ, however we don't have an easy way to look at all deals closed during the quarter/month to compare with CapIQ to find any deals that were not included in the CapIQ payout but should be considered, or to get an understanding why one was not counted (correctly). We also don't know which field(s) are canonical for attributing deals, so this makes it difficult to align other reports with our compensation model.
Create a report (SFDC preferred) of all deals closed in region (US West, Commercial, etc) during a period, that can be compared to the CapIQ payout to identify deals that were not included in the payout. The TAM could then quickly spot any deals they worked on they feel should be included. Then they could ask SalesOps for clarification about why the deal was not attributed for OTI.
Also, clarify in the handbook which fields and values are used to attribute a deal to each territory.
