TAM QBR ask - ability to properly calculate Gross Renewal Rate

During TAM QBRs, we found that calculating quarterly renewal rates were not defined.
There are numerous Salesforce reports and dashboards that all provide different numbers.
Description of What is Needed:
The solve needed is to be able to recalculate renewal rates globally and for each team - handbook reference on Renewal ACV. At a high level it makes sense, but the specifics of which fields to use when are murky.
Official determination and description of what fields to use and how to calculate it.
Example: what fields should be used? Which fields are reliable?

Account Owner Team, or something else?
Additionally, if there are existing reports/dashboards that should be used by the TAM organization, please include those.
Ability for TAM leaders to run their teams and organization with well-defined and accurate numbers.
