Making compensation reporting in Greenhouse more scaleable
Right now reporting on a candidates compensation expectations vs the compensation we offer is a time consuming and arduous task.
If we're looking to report on this data, we need to manually go through the
private notes in each candidates profile to pull out their expectations, then collate this in a spreadsheet, and compare the difference in the two figures.
I'm doing this across two departments at the moment (Technical Writing and Quality), it's time-consuming (generally taking around 1 minute/candidate) and doesn't seem like a scalable solution.
Could we add an input field into the screening scorecard where we can put both the candidates expectation and the figure we'd pay so we can easily pull a report on this?
Or explore another solution to make this easier?
