KR: A Talent Development Program ready to be rolled out and cascaded through the organisation by Q3 to include agreed (1) performance enablement process, (2) talent development process, (3) aligned Total Rewards process & (4) succession planning
We are working on creating an holistic Talent Development Program. There are certain things we do already, that would contribute to the overall Program:
- 360 Feedback
- Career Development Discussions and Career Development acknowledgement
- Compensation review Cycle
- WIP (there are more, will add them here)
This issue will be bringing all those things together as well as map out what still needs to be created.
We are specifically working on a Talent Assessment now.

Make a decision on which Talent Assessment will be used: 9 Box Performance/Potencial
Arrange a Call with a group of All-Direct Volunteers to gain feedback of their experience in the 9 Box and small iterations we can make now, also feedback on automation ideas to have an efficient process in place
Move the overall Talent Development graph to the handbook
Review the Automated Tool
Confirm go-live date
Update the handbook and make the necessary announcements
