Unconcious bias resources and training ideas

Purpose:

  • To update GitLab's values page and other parts of the handbook with more meaningful information about Unconscious Bias gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com!22567 (merged)

Action items:

  • Research better wording, what companies are doing that are getting it right and ensuring it is meaningful and truly aligned to our values
  • Check the Diversity and Inclusion pages and move the uncouncious bias resources to the handbook.
  • Come up with an actionable plan on how to ensure the entire company is well informed and understand where this fits into our remote working environment and values
  • Nadia to extract who was in the Unconcious Bias Workshop sessions at Contribute and include them in this issue.
