Automate L&D Badges
The L&D Team is working to have "badges" that team members can earn by attending our training sessions and completing a quiz afterward. We will have multiple different badges and people completing them, so keeping them organized and updated on the team page will be very time-consuming.
I think it would be very helpful to automate (or semi-automate) adding L&D Badges to team bios.
This will probably result in around 2-3 hours/week of manual effort). We haven't implemented the badges much at this point, that time is just an estimate.
We can use an automation method similar to what Chantal used with adding vacancies to the team page where we add details to a Google Sheet and pull them to GitLab once a week or so.
